Chilli Classrooms

One thing that I cannot stand is freezing class rooms. Especially in the  summer. I know that that is the perfect time to have a cold cass room, but I get cold very easily. So I get annoyed when I wear shorts or a skirt because it is too hot to wear anything else and I am freezing in my class. So for this outfit, I dress prepaired to go into a cold class room. I wore thin pants that will ceep me cool when im outside but still keep me warm in a classroom.

However, one of the air conditioners went out in one of the buildings at my school.  So the top floor of the main building at my campuss felt like a sauna. It also didnt help that it was 103 degrees today. Although I hate freezing class rooms, I have never wish to be in one as bad as today.

Field Trip

I was last minute dress shopping for a party that I was going to and I was looking for something that I could wear with my Jeffery Campbell Spiked Litas, but I was having a hard time finding anything that I had liked. So the day of the party I had quickly went to TJ Maxx but I came up empty handed.  Then I had remembered that there was a Kohls a few stores down. As I was looking through the store, I found this Lauren Conrad dress. I had really liked it but I knew that it wasnt going to go with my spiked litas but I remembered that I had a field trip the folowing monday for school where we were told to dress business casual. I know that I do not own anything business casual, so I thought this dress would work with that if I wore a nude blazer on top. However It ended up being too hot to wear the blazer so I just wore this dress alone.

What made me really decide to buy the dress was the fact that it was the last one left in the store and it was my size. I also thought that this dress would be perfect for any other occasion besides the field trip. I also really enjoy the mint green color and the flower and bird pattern on the dress.

Is it just me or does anyone else have really bad luck whenever they wear new clothes? I don't know why, but for some reason every time I wear something new I always manage to get it stained. The first time a wore this dress I got it stained on the white part of the dress. Luckily, I was able to get the stain out but I was really bummed when it happened because I really like this dress. Usually whenever I look for a dress, I like to look for ones that have flowy skirts. However, when I saw this one, I really enjoyed how simple and comfortable it was. I also love the zippers. Although they are not real pockets, I like the extra detail it gives the dress.

Simple Black Dress

I got this dress from TJ Maxx last week and I absolutely love it! I love the cut out at the sholders and I like how it came with a cheetah print belt. Since this dress is so simple I can wear almost any shoe with it, so I decided to wear my purple heels that I bought for my junior year home coming dance and I wore my purple Betsey Johnson bag to match.

Galaxy Cat

When I saw this shirt on Forever 21's website I instantly fell in love with it. I adore the cat face mixed with the galaxy print on it. For the rest of this outfit I just decided to wear black and add a purple purse to go with the purple in the shirt. Spring Afternoon

Earlier this week I was going through my closet and choosing the items I do not wear anymore so I can donate them. While I was going through my closet I came across this skirt that I got it a few years ago from H&M on Black Friday.  For some reason I only wore it a few times and forgot about it. When I found this skirt I could not believe why I don't wear it more often so I decided to wear this skirt since the temperature has been getting warmer.  Anyways, I hope all of you are having a great Easter!

Pink Ruffle Skirt

Today I wanted to wear this pink ruffle skirt that I got at Urban Outfitters a few years back. Even though I really like this skirt, i feel like it looks odd because its very high waisted. When I tuck a shirt into it, it bunches up and makes it my stomach look weird, so I decided to just put a sweater over it. I used my square shaped purse that my sister got me for christmas. I think it was originally a binocular case but my sister gave it to me to use as a camera bag but my camera didn't fit so I use it as a purse instead.
