Thigh high socks and Floral Blazers

4.01.2013

Blazer: LC lauren Conrad Kohls / Jumper: Urban Outfitters / Socks: Urban Outfitters /
Tights: Walmart / Shoes: Jeffery Campbell Spiked Lita

The weather has been getting a little cool lately so I thought it would be perfect to wear knee high socks while I still can. Although I love hot weather, I prefer dressing for the colder moths. I cant help but feel a little sad when I have to put away my coats, scarves and boots and replace them shorts and tanks.

I hoped all of you have been enjoying your spring break. I went to Arizona for the week but I got really bad allergies while I was out there, so all I did was stay inside and finally get to work on this blog. I’ve noticed that whenever I'm in school, I tend to completely abandon my blog and only work on it during my breaks. Last quarter I didn't even post once. Well this quarter I am forcing myself to not be such a terrible procrastinator. Not only did my blog suffer but so did my school work. So this quarter I am going to try my hardest to overcome this awful habit.

Oh, have any of you been watching Bates Motel? I'm loving it so far.

Favorite 2012 Holiday Dresses

11.25.2012

The one thing that I always look forward to when the holidays come around is looking for new dresses to wear. Here are a few of my favorite dresses that I have found while browsing online.

Urban Renewal Velvet Surplice Dress - Urban Outfitters
My favorite thing about this dress is the beautiful shade of purple it comes in. This dress also comes in red, nude, and black. I also love that this dress is velvet. Velvet is my favorite fabric to wear in fall and winter.

Studded Romper

7.29.2012

Romper: Urban Outfitters // Shoes: TJ Maxx

I love studs and on absolutely anything and everything, so when I saw this romper at Urban Outfitters a while back, I knew I just had to buy it. I also enjoy how this romper has sleeves. I like the sleeves look on the jumpsuit more then when they have thin straps or no straps.

Anyways, I'm super excited because The Killers music video for runaways premiered this week! The music video really made me like the song even more then I already did. Although there is no storyline to this video, its just the band preforming, I really enjoyed it. The video has really nice scene changes which makes the video interesting. My favorite scene in the video is at 2:16 where the background turns to stars behind the band and then you see Brandon looking out to Las Vegas. That part in the video just seems so magical to me. My favorite line in the song has to be "But I got the tendency to slip wen the nights get wild. It's in my blood." Brandon's voice sounds so beautiful at that part. I also love Brandon's leather Jacket that he wears throughout the video.

Finials

6.11.2012

Wow, I can't believe that it has already been a week since I posted my last outfit! Well this past week I have been focusing on studying for my finials and finishing up all of my projects for my classes. I cant wait for this week to be over because I'm excited to start my summer break. As I mentioned in a previous post, my school only gives us 3 weeks for break, so I'm really looking forward to make the most of it.

Casual School Outfit

4.04.2012

Sadly, my spring break has just ended and I've started my spring quarter. But I am happy that I'm one quarter closer to summer break! Although it's pretty warm where I live, I still like to wear my boots and a light jacket because I always get really cold inside classrooms.

Scarf: Disneyland
Shirt: PacSun
Pants: Forever 21
Boots: Miz Mooz

Pink Ruffle Skirt

3.11.2012

Today I wanted to wear this pink ruffle skirt that I got at Urban Outfitters a few years back. Even though I really like this skirt, i feel like it looks odd because its very high waisted. When I tuck a shirt into it, it bunches up and makes it my stomach look weird, so I decided to just put a sweater over it. I used my square shaped purse that my sister got me for christmas. I think it was originally a binocular case but my sister gave it to me to use as a camera bag but my camera didn't fit so I use it as a purse instead.

Sweater: Gap
Skirt: Urban Outfitters
